We are currently seeking a **Finance Manager** to join our dynamic team at **Bin Saleh Travel LLC** in Abu Dhabi.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Full oversight of finance operations within a travel agency environment
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
- Monitor cash flow, manage financial reporting, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Oversee reconciliation of BSP, IATA reports, and vendor accounts
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and key internal and external parties
- Support strategic business decisions with financial insight

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **10 years of proven experience** in finance management within a **travel agency**:

- Strong knowledge of **Travel Agency Finance Management**, including BSP, IATA, GDS systems, and supplier management
- Ability to **lead and manage a finance team** effectively
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
