Multimedia Designer/content Creator

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Multimedia Designer/Content Creator to elevate our brand image and online presence through compelling design and multimedia content. You’ll create engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok), website, digital screens and print materials. Your role will involve brainstorming, creating and editing graphics, images and videos to captivate our target audience and promote our salon's services.

A keen eye for detail, trend awareness and a passion for the beauty industry are essential. Key Responsibilities:
**Brand Development**:
Create and adapt design elements to elevate the brand image across various platforms.

Develop new visual concepts and design strategies to enhance brand recognition and appeal.

**Content Creation**:
Create, design and produce multimedia content, including graphics, photos and videos for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp), our website and digital screens in branches.

Create & design content for in-house promotions, events, and campaigns, fostering a cohesive brand image and customer engagement within our salon premises.

Create and design daily content ideas that aligns with our brand's voice and engages our target audience.

**Photography & Videography**:
Capture high-quality photographs and videos of our services, products and salon environment.

Edit and retouch images and videos to ensure they meet our brand standards and aesthetics.

**Platform Management**:
Manage and update content on social media platforms, ensuring consistency and relevance.

Design and implement content strategies that drive engagement and increase our online presence.

Respond to client engagement by addressing likes, comments and direct messages.

**Print & Branding Collaterals**:
Design and produce print materials such as brochures, flyers and posters.

Create branding collaterals that align with our brand identity and marketing campaigns.

**Trend Awareness**:
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, social media trends and industry developments.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align content with promotional strategies and business goals

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia design and digital content creation, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.

**Skills**:
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Strong photography and videography skills, with experience in editing and post-production.

Ability to create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites and print.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Strong understanding of current design trends and social media best practices.

Passion for the beauty industry and a keen eye for aesthetics.
