Job Summary: As a Content Creator at MGMT Consultancy Hub , you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our content marketing strategy. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and relevant content that resonates with our target audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company growth and establish yourself as a key player in the content marketing field. Department: Content Marketing Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Generate written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience. This includes blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more. Research and Ideation: Stay updated with industry trends, conduct market research, and collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that drive engagement and lead generation. Content Strategy: Assist in developing and refining the content strategy to meet specific marketing goals and objectives. Content Optimization: Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. Editing and Proofreading: Ensure all content is error-free, adheres to brand guidelines, and maintains a consistent tone and style. Social Media Management: Manage and schedule content across various social media platforms to increase our online presence and engage with our audience effectively. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives. Skills and Abilities: Must be able to create content in Arabic Proven experience as a Content Creator, Content Writer, or similar role. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in SEO best practices. Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends. Basic graphic design skills and experience with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Creative mindset and a passion for content creation. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience: Must have professional experience in consultancy work, finance, tax, or digital transformation.
