We are currently seeking a skilled **Business Analyst** with strong knowledge of **import/export processes** to support international trade operations for one of our key clients in the UAE. This is a great opportunity to contribute to projects focused on optimizing cross-border logistics, compliance, and documentation flow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze import/export processes including customs compliance, documentation, and freight forwarding
- Gather and document business and technical requirements related to global trade operations
- Map current processes and recommend improvements to boost efficiency and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with internal development teams, service providers, and vendors during solution development
- Participate in testing and UAT phases to ensure delivery quality
- Collaborate with product owners across the project lifecycle
- Stay updated on international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in import/export or international logistics
- Solid knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance, and shipping documentation
- Proficiency in data and project tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Jira, Confluence)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
