**About Our Client**:
Our client, a leading IT company in the UAE, is renowned for its innovative solutions and commitment to optimizing business processes. They are seeking an experienced **Business Analyst** to bridge the gap between IT and business, ensuring the successful implementation of projects and business strategies.

**The Role**:
As a **Business Analyst**, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with IT and stakeholders to develop effective solutions that align with organizational goals.

**What You'll Do**:

- Analyze and document business processes and workflows.
- Identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and impact analyses for business solutions.
- Facilitate meetings between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to stakeholders.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with business process modeling and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project management and software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or similar are an advantage.
