**Job Description: Property Consultant**

- **Sales & Negotiation**: Guide clients through viewings, highlight property features, and expertly negotiate offers to achieve the best possible price and terms for all parties.
- **Market Expertise**: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market, including community insights, pricing trends, and new project launches.
