We prioritize the health and safety of our employees and the environment, and we are currently looking for an experienced **Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager** to join our team.

The **HSE Manager** will be responsible for developing and implementing effective health, safety, and environmental management systems to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. You will promote a culture of safety within the organization and ensure that all safety practices are adhered to.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
- Lead incident investigations, analyze data, and prepare reports on HSE performance and improvement actions.
- Organize and deliver HSE training programs to ensure all employees are informed of safety practices and regulations.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure it is properly maintained and available.
- Collaborate with all departments to integrate HSE practices into daily operations and promote a proactive safety culture.
- Maintain up-to-date records of HSE incidents, audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Stay current with HSE legislation and industry trends to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HSE matters and liaise with regulatory bodies as necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and safety management systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage and influence all levels of staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
