**Job Summary**:
The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for employees and compliance with environmental regulations. This role requires expertise in health and safety regulations, environmental compliance, risk management, and leadership skills to manage a team of HSE professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop, implement and manage HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to create a safe and healthy work environment.

2. Conduct regular risk assessments and develop action plans to mitigate identified risks.

3. Develop and implement employee training programs on HSE policies and procedures to ensure that all employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe work environment.

4. Manage and lead a team of HSE professionals, providing guidance and coaching as needed to ensure they are performing their duties effectively.

5. Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, industry groups, and other stakeholders to stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices.

6. Monitor and analyze HSE data, trends, and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.

7. Conduct investigations of incidents and accidents to determine root cause and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

8. Develop and manage budgets for HSE programs, including personnel, equipment, and training.

9. Participate in project planning and provide HSE input and guidance to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.

10. Provide guidance and support to other departments to ensure that HSE requirements are incorporated into their processes and procedures.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field.

2. At least 5 years of experience in HSE management, with experience in leadership and management of HSE professionals.

3. In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and requirements, including OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.

4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of HSE professionals.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

6. Experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures.

7. Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies.

8. Knowledge of incident investigation techniques and root cause analysis.

9. Experience in developing and delivering employee HSE training programs.

10. Certification in relevant HSE standards, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST), is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:
The HSE Manager will work in a variety of environments, including office buildings, manufacturing plants, construction sites, and other commercial or industrial facilities. The role may require occasional travel to remote sites or to attend industry events or meetings. The HSE Manager must be able to work under pressure, respond quickly to incidents, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

**Salary**: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
