Key Responsibilities
:_ 1. Act as the primary point of contact for all government authorities and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements. 2. Manage the processing of visas, work permits, and other documentation for employees and visitors. 3. Build and maintain positive relationships with relevant government agencies, embassies, and other external stakeholders. 4. Coordinate company events, conferences, and sponsorships, as well as manage media relations and press releases. 5. Monitor and manage the company's reputation, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner. 6. Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's brand visibility and reputation. 7. Prepare reports and presentations on PR activities, outcomes, and future plans. 8. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. 9. Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions. 10. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Qualifications and Skills:_ 1. Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus. 2. Proven experience in HR management and public relations, preferably in a fast-paced environment. 3. In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and government procedures. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, government officials, and external partners. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 6. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping. 7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 9. Fluency in English is required.
