Overview:<\/b>
<\/p>
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing internal HR operations while contributing to the development of HR advisory services for clients.
<\/p>
This role combines operational excellence with structured HR thinking, ensuring compliance, organizational efficiency, and scalable HR systems.
<\/p>
The successful candidate must be capable of handling daily HR management while demonstrating the analytical ability to support HR consulting assignments.

Responsibilities:<\/b>

<\/span><\/span>1. HR Strategy & Organizational Development<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>Contribute to the digitization of the HR Division, improving automation, documentation, and HR system efficiency.
<\/span><\/li>Develop, advise on, and implement HR policies aligned with corporate growth strategy.
<\/span><\/li>Support organizational structuring and workforce planning initiatives.
<\/span><\/li>Plan, implement, and disseminate company culture initiatives.
<\/span><\/li>Lead internal culture -building and engagement programs.<\/span>
<\/li>Plan and implement in -house social events and employee engagement activities.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

2. <\/span>HR Operations & Administration
<\/div>Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, and benefits administration.
<\/span><\/li>Coordinate and administer employee programs including compensation, benefits, and workplace safety initiatives.
<\/span><\/li>Oversee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and government coordination.
<\/span><\/li>Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
<\/span><\/li>Ensure strict compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
<\/span><\/li>Review and update HR Manual and company work rules.
<\/span><\/li>Maintain and optimize HRMS systems (Zoho preferred).<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>

<\/span><\/li>Develop structured recruitment and evaluation frameworks.
<\/span><\/li>Conduct onboarding and assist in organizing training & development initiatives.
<\/span><\/li>Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and implementing new benefits and team -building initiatives.
<\/span><\/li>Support workforce retention and employee satisfaction strategies.<\/span>
