_Ø Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic parts and products_
- _Ø Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units_
- Ø Prepare production and other reports_
- Ø Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality_
- Ø Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies_
- Ø Set machine or equipment controls, oversee production and inspect processes._
- Ø Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching_
- Ø Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa_
- Ø Planning and organizing production schedules_
- Ø Review worker performance_
- Ø Monitor product standards and implement quality control programmers_

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
