Looking for a Plant Supervisor for a Plastic Manufacturing company in Ras Al Khaimah

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of Plant Experience handling labor, stock handling, and storekeeping experience is required.

You will be responsible for the loading-unloading of material, and finished products, training labor on all Safety procedures and all labor management in the factory.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee plant operations and all employees
- Maintain high standard of customer service
- Monitor production output, product quality and on-time delivery
- Recruit, manage and develop plant staff
- Collect and analyze data in order to increase efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal regulations and company policies
- Oversee labor relations in a union environment
- Maintain site assets and optimize equipment life cycle
- Forecast labor requirements

Salary Aed 2500 to 3000 plus Accommodation.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Shift availability:

- Overnight Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Day Shift (preferred)
