- Supervise and motivate a team of vape specialists to meet sales targets and maintain superior customer service.
- Create staff schedules, ensuring coverage and efficient store operations.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate restocking activities.
- Train and onboard new team members on product knowledge, safety measures, and customer service protocols.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant store environment according to industry regulations.
- Analyze sales data and propose strategies to enhance revenue and improve store performance.
- **Requirements**:_
- Proven experience (Minimum 3 Years) in a retail supervisory role within the vaping industry.
- Extensive knowledge of vaping products, accessories, and industry trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
- Excellent Computer Skills such as MS office, Photo & Video Editing.
- Strong knowledge about social media accounts managing & posting tips.
- proficient in both Arabic and English languages. Strong communication skills in both languages are essential for this role.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management and basic accounting principles.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
