Vape Here Store is a retailer Shop located in Abu Dhabi which specialized in selling an Electronic cigarettes and Vaping items.

We have decided to expand our team and recurring a Retail Sales Executive & Front Desk Representative who will be responsible for these tasks:

- Prepare and send marketing mails.
- Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Deal with queries from the public and customers.
- Performing Daily sales enteries and reports.
- Responding to customers correspondences and support in fullfilling online orders.
- Supporting in general administrative & logistics aspects.
- Providing accurate information such product features, pricing and after-sales services.
- Manage returns & maintain accurate records for stock level.
- Responding to customers questions on different social media platforms.
- Partial engagement on social media marketing.
- Providing different type of reporting as required.
- Notify customers about discounts and special offers.
- Provide customers feedback to the Store Manager.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
- Flexible to work in split shifts (if required)
- **Requirements**:_
- Very good computer skills.
- Knowledge about Video\Photo editing (will be an advance)
- High school Diploma.
- Previous experience as retail sales Executive.
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
- Knowledge of Social media marketing techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
Wearing mask full time ,social distancing, temperature check and carry out PCR test every 14 Days, Maintain Al Hoson App. Green Pass

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
