**Job Title: Russian Marketing Manager for Restaurant**

**Job Summary**:
The Russian Marketing Manager will oversee the marketing activities targeting the Russian market for our restaurant in Dubai. This role involves strategic planning, content creation, and social media management aimed at enhancing brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth in the Russian community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Restaurant Promotions**: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote special restaurant events, offers, and new menu items targeting the Russian audience.
- ** Market Research**: Conduct in-depth analysis to understand Russian consumer behavior, preferences, and dining trends in Dubai.
- ** Strategic Planning**: Create a marketing strategy that aligns with the restaurant's overall business goals, with a special focus on the Russian market.
- ** Content Creation**: Develop and localize marketing materials, such as menus, flyers, and online ads, tailored for the Russian-speaking customer base.
- ** Social Media Management**: Plan, create, and manage content on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and VKontakte, specifically aimed at engaging the Russian community.
- ** Customer Reviews and Engagement**: Monitor Russian language review sites and social media to engage with customers, respond to queries, and manage the restaurant’s online reputation.
- ** Influencer Partnerships**: Identify and collaborate with Russian-speaking influencers in the food and lifestyle sector to enhance brand visibility.
- ** Performance Metrics**: Track KPIs and ROI on marketing initiatives, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- ** Budget Management**: Control the marketing budget for Russian campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high ROI.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the restaurant manager, chefs, and customer service teams to ensure seamless implementation of marketing initiatives.
- ** Local Partnerships**: Form alliances with Russian businesses and communities in Dubai for cross-promotions.
- ** Legal Compliance**: Ensure that all marketing activities are compliant with Dubai and UAE laws and regulations.
- ** Reporting**: Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in Russian and English.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking metrics through Google Analytics or similar platforms.

**Additional Skills**:

- Knowledge of the Dubai restaurant scene and Russian community in Dubai is a plus.
- SEO/SEM expertise.
- Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities.
