**Marketing Manager ( Full-Time, Female, Russian language is an advantage )**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Marketing Manager** to join our Marketing Agency team in Dubai.

This is a full-time position with 5 working days

We are looking for a talented professional who can effectively manage a remote team and develop impactful marketing strategies for a diverse client base.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**: Oversee and coordinate the work of remote designers, copywriters, and ad managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- **Marketing Strategy**: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each client’s needs, with a focus on driving growth and engagement.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Lead the planning and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- **Influencer Marketing**: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement for clients.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and motivate a remote team, ensuring effective communication and workflow management.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and expectations, providing regular updates on campaign progress.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **social media marketing**:

- Experience in a SM marketing agency is a big advantage
- Strong **project management** skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Leadership experience in managing remote teams.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Based in **Dubai**
