As a Corporate Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and services to our corporate clients. Your role will involve understanding and interpreting tax regulations, ensuring compliance, and optimizing tax strategies for our clients' business operations. Additionally, your language skills and experience in B2B meetings will be valuable in building client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive tax consulting services to corporate clients, including tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
- Analyze clients' financial data and transactions to identify tax implications and optimize tax strategies.
- Conduct thorough research on complex tax issues and prepare written reports or memoranda for clients.
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Advise clients on tax-efficient structures, transfer pricing, and international tax matters.
- Assist clients in managing tax audits and resolving tax-related disputes with authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide tax support for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular updates.
- Participate in business development activities, including B2B meetings, networking events, and client presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CA) is preferred.
- Proven experience in corporate tax consulting or related roles, preferably within a tax consulting firm.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations, as well as international tax principles.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex tax legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Experience in conducting B2B meetings and building client relationships.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
