**How you can make your mark**:
Make your mark as a Crewing Officer**at Horizon Geosciences The Crewing Officer**is responsible for undertaking tasks associated with crew selection and deployment within the Survey division. This is achieved by supporting the day-to-day work within the Crewing Department. Your responsibilities also include the support for training and development of field personnel as well as procurement and accounts.

**Your responsibilities as a Crewing Officer**
- Supporting all Crewing related activities.
- Support selection of projects personnel.
- Coordination with all offshore personnel for their documentations and requirements.
- Updating project deployment sheet.
- Update CV packages.
- Ensure project team have all the documents required for the project.
- Monitoring the expiry of all offshore documents and take necessary actions.
- Arranging offshore training and medical checks.
- Monitoring personnel utilization and availability.
- Raising Purchase orders for suppliers Ex: Travel Ticket, Personnel hire etc.
- Verifying supplier’s invoices
- Identify areas for process improvement, draft, and implementation new procedure.

- High School (or equivalent) education
- Proficient in MS office software
- Minimum of 3 years’ related experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English (as per the Horizon Communication Policy).
- Conversant with equipment and software used within the Company
