The Role

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Crewing Coordinator or similar role in the maritime industry. - In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations, crewing requirements, and international maritime conventions. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse teams and cultures. - Proficiency in crew management software, MS Office, and other related tools. - Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently. - Bachelor's degree in maritime studies, business administration, or a related field is preferred. - Relevant certifications or training in crew management, maritime operations, or related areas is a plus. - Fluency in English is required
