**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Kitchen Cleanliness**:

- Wash, sanitize, and organize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
- Regularly clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment to meet hygiene standards.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in line with environmental and health regulations.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in the management of kitchen supplies and cleaning materials.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are well-stocked and in working order.
- Report any equipment damage or shortage of supplies to the kitchen supervisor or manager.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and good working order of kitchen appliances, such as stoves, ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
- Follow up on any necessary repairs or replacements with the relevant departments.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all UAE food safety and sanitation regulations (including HACCP guidelines).
- Ensure a high level of personal hygiene, following grooming and uniform standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas and adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards.
- **Team Support**:

- Assist kitchen staff with the preparation and presentation of food when required.
- Help set up and organize dining areas, ensuring clean and appropriate tableware.
- Assist in the receiving and proper storage of food deliveries.
