**About Us**:
At FMP, we specialize in managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to join our team and help ensure the smooth and efficient management of our properties while providing exceptional service to our tenants and clients.
**Job Overview**:
The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and ensuring the property is in compliance with all regulations and company policies. This position requires someone who is proactive, organized, and has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Property Operations**: Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, clean, and functional.
- **Tenant Relations**: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Conduct property tours and oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- **Lease Management**: Oversee lease administration, including preparing and renewing leases, rent collection, and enforcing lease terms.
- **Maintenance Coordination**: Schedule and supervise property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining property standards.
- **Financial Management**: Prepare and manage property budgets, handle invoicing, and ensure financial records are accurate. Monitor and track rent collections, late payments, and budget adherence.
- **Business Development & Property Acquisition**: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new properties, increase our portfolio, and identify opportunities for growth. This includes market research, property prospecting, and relationship-building with potential sellers, investors, and partners.
- **Compliance**: Ensure properties meet all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards, building codes, and fair housing laws.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports to senior management regarding property performance, tenant satisfaction, and any ongoing issues or maintenance needs.
- **Vendor Management**: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure efficient property upkeep and cost management.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a similar role in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of property management software, leasing, and tenant relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing regulations.
- A valid driver’s license
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Real estate license or certification (preferred but not required).
- Experience managing both residential and commercial properties.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
