**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advising on M&A transactions
- Advising on joint ventures, private equity investment and shareholders\' agreements
- Advising on public takeovers and equity capital markets transactions
- Advising on private company reorganisations and intra-group transfers
- Advising on transaction structures
- Advising on general UAE law matters
- Assisting with the management of junior lawyers.

**The Person**:
**Key Requirements**:

- Ideally with 4 - 7 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience)
- Directly relevant post-qualification experience gained at a recognised and busy corporate practice
- Experience in providing legal and regulatory advice to large corporates
