RAYNE – Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab EmiratesWe are seeking several highly skilled Corporate M&A Lawyers to join RAYNE to support our clients across Dubai & Abu Dhabi for 6 month+ assignments. These roles require a mixture of remote and on-site presence. You will be responsible for advising on M&A transactions, drafting and negotiating complex agreements and supporting the business through all stages of the deal cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate structuring, from due diligence to post-merger integration.Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, and other corporate transaction documents.Provide legal guidance on deal structuring, regulatory approvals, and compliance with corporate laws.Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments for private and public company acquisitions.Support cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance with international and regional regulations.Qualifications5+ years PQE admitted in a major international jurisdiction.5+ years of M&A experience at either a top-tier international law firm or in-house within a corporate/M&A function.Strong background in private equity, corporate transactions, and due diligence.Proven ability to handle complex, high-value cross-border deals.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Regional experience required.Arabic language skills is a plus but not required.If you are looking for a fixed term assignment in the Middle East, we would love to hear from youCompany DescriptionRAYNE is changing the way leading multinationals, start-ups, and government entities across the Middle East access high‑calibre legal talent through flexible resourcing solutions.
