Austin Speech Therapy Center LLC is a well-established pediatric therapy clinic in Karama, Dubai, focused on helping children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, speech and language difficulties, learning challenges, and behavioral concerns. Our team works in a collaborative environment with a child-first approach, offering speech, occupational, ABA, and educational support services under one roof.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s learning goals
- Adapt teaching strategies and classroom materials to meet developmental and cognitive needs
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and behavioral therapists for integrated care
- Support parents with strategies to reinforce learning at home
- Maintain detailed documentation and communicate progress reports

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
- Prior experience in special education or working with children with additional needs is an advantage
- Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus
- Open to freshers with the right qualifications and passion for the field
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
