**Roles & Responsibilities**

**1) Health, Safety, Environment and Legal**
- Promote and create a safe environment in his department. Propose every year quantified safety objectives together with an action plan. Meet those objectives during the year.
- Promotes and gets a strict respect of UAE laws, FRF rules and instructions and ISO instructions.
- Keep people and equipment under his responsibility secure.
- Initiate work permits as and when required to perform work.

**2) Maintenance and Engineering**
- Ensure supply of the needed energy and fluids (Fuel Oil, LPG, OXYGEN)
- Maintain all production equipment in good running condition. To do so, follow/perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance procedures and frequencies. Record equipment’s downtime and maintain equipment history card. Organize and optimize his maintenance team accordingly.
- Attending breakdown in shift and timely handover of equipment for production.
- Help Production and Process team in any technical matter related to Plant equipment.
- Carry out any process modifications of running equipment’s after receipt of process equipment modified specs from process team under guidance of Engineer’s.
- Assist with all new equipment inputs to Engineer’s.
- Implement New projects as assigned by Engineer’s.
- Keep equipment’s as per requirements of (CIVIL defense) Complete required documents and keep ready for inspection.
- Initiate job-card in oracle, make PRS, Daily logbook, Electricity consumption report, etc.
- Proper handover of shift and follow-up of work activities of previous shift.

**3) Costs and Inventories Management and Reduction.**
- Assist to Prepare the procurement and consumption plan for Plant equipment’s.
- Follow his department costs and keep it in line with plan.
- Propose and implement improvements programs. Those related to equipment downtime decrease, reduction of his department costs, safety, and environment respect.
- Make purchase request for material requirement and follow up with Stores.
- Inspection of incoming material/spare parts.

**4) People**
- Develop a team spirit, oriented toward continuous improvement. Those related to waste reduction, discipline following instructions and specifications, product quality, cost reduction. Promote communication and social dialog.
- Ensure that all his team has the necessary competencies for their job.
- Work in partnership with other FRF departments.

**5) Equipment**
- Maintain all plant equipment in good running condition, by follow/perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Maintain all shops and equipment under his responsibility in good working, safe and clean conditions.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
