**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- **Team Supervision**: Oversee the daily activities of laundry staff, including Washermen and Ironmen, to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect cleaned garments and linens to ensure they meet the required cleanliness and presentation standards.
- **Equipment Management**: Ensure proper maintenance and operation of laundry machines, dryers, and pressing equipment.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor laundry supplies and request replenishments to maintain efficient operations.
- **Training**: Provide training and guidance to staff on handling fabrics, operating machines, and maintaining hygiene standards.
- **Schedule Management**: Organize work schedules to optimize staff coverage and accommodate workload demands.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a laundry facility or related field.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong supervisory and communication skills to manage and motivate the team effectively.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Proficiency in using and maintaining laundry equipment and understanding various fabric care requirements.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage schedules, monitor inventory, and oversee quality control.
