**Position**: HR Recruitment Consultant

**Location**: Dubai (On-site)

**Responsibilities**:

- Build strong partnerships with hiring teams while adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
- Work on contract preparation and management.
- Manage client accounts.
- Handle hiring from blue-collar to senior levels.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in HR consultancy.
- Proven expertise in multimedia recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency with online recruiting tools.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Familiarity with (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- End-to-end recruitment process management.
- Commitment to multimedia recruitment trends.

**Requirements**:

- Available to start within a week.
- Available in Dubai for an interview.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- HR Consultnacy in Dubai/UAE: 2 years (required)
- Drafting client contracts: 1 year (required)
- Hiring blue colour upto senior roles: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- HR qualification/certification (required)
