Success Factor is seeking an experienced **HR Generalist** with strong **recruitment and consulting exposure** to manage internal HR operations and lead hiring projects for both internal needs and external clients. The role requires hands-on experience in **blue-collar and white-collar recruitment**, including bulk hiring.

Key Responsibilities

**HR Generalist (Internal HR)**:

- Act as the first point of contact for all employee HR-related matters.
- Manage the complete HR lifecycle: onboarding, attendance, employee relations, documentation, performance support, and exits.
- Support office-based and on-ground teams.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR records, employee data, and reports.

**Recruitment & Consulting**:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring needs.
- Provide recruitment consulting services to external clients.
- Manage bulk and targeted hiring, including blue-collar and female workforce recruitment.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver quality hires.

**Requirements**:

- 3-8 years of experience as an HR Generalist with strong recruitment exposure.
- Proven experience in blue-collar and bulk hiring (female workforce hiring preferred).
- Experience working with HR consultancies or recruitment agencies.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in office and field environments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification or professional qualification (preferred).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- HR Consultnacy in Dubai/UAE: 2 years (required)
