**Role Description**:
In this role, you will be involved in the day-to-day management of a wide range of campaigns and will have responsibility for revenue and budgeting related to Trustline's digital marketing initiatives, along with the planning, execution, and strategy of client campaigns. Furthermore, you will be required to lead, so strong management skills, a big vision, and meticulous attention to detail is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze user behavior, cohorts, and funnel analysis in order to drive insights for Product and Marketing teams.
- Communicate the effectiveness of new product launches, site changes and Paid Media initiatives.
- Communicating and presenting to colleagues, senior managers, and clients.
- Conduct analysis that results in actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Create and launch new paid media campaigns and/or channels as needed.
- Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
- Develop data Layer and pixel implementation for development teams to implement on both Web and Mobile Apps.
- Ensure campaigns follow industry and internal best practices.
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns to performance goals.
- Monitoring and analyzing digital media and marketing trends.
- Perform in-depth analysis around audiences and attribution to drive recommendations that drive ROAS.
- Provide Quality Assurance (QA) checks before Product releases, checking for user experience and Analytics/Pixel implementation.
- Utilize Google Tag Manager to setup and deploy pixels.
