Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services in line with project or operational requirements.
- Issue RFQs (Request for Quotations), analyze bids, and prepare comparative statements.
- Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) into Purchase Orders (POs) using ERP systems
- Ensure materials/services are procured at the most competitive rates while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with approved vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews based on quality, delivery, and cost.
- Develop and maintain vendor databases in compliance with company standards.
- Liaise with project, engineering, and logistics teams to understand material specifications and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the finance department for supplier payments and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers on order status, delivery issues, and discrepancies.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation of purchase orders, supplier quotations, and contracts.
- Support internal and external audits with procurement-related documentation.
- Monitor and control procurement budgets and cost savings initiatives.
- Prepare periodic procurement reports (open POs, savings reports, delivery status, etc.).
- Contribute to cost optimization by suggesting alternate materials, suppliers, or logistics solutions.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably within the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
