**POST: Foundation Stage and Primary Teaching Assistants at Safa Community School, Dubai**:
Safa Community School is seeking to appoint enthusiastic, patient and committed Foundation Stage and Primary Teaching Assistants, who have a successful proven track record supporting Foundation Stage or Primary students or would like to start their career as a teaching assistant with us at SCS. **_The successful applicant will already be resident in Dubai._**

**About the Role**:
The successful applicants will demonstrate high levels of motivation and have the ability to engage, support, lead and inspire children to raise standards along with delivering effective outcomes for all children. You will preferably have experience delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage or National Curriculum for England either in the UK or an international setting.

**General Professional Responsibilities**:

- Working with teachers to establish an appropriate learning environment.
- Determine the need for, prepare and maintain equipment and resources required to meet the learning activities.
- Implement agreed teaching programmes, adjusting activities according to pupil responses and needs.
- Encourage children to engage in, and participate in learning activities led by the class teacher.
- Establish good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding to the needs of each individual child.
- To actively promote children's independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.
- Provide the teacher with clerical and admin support.

**Education**:
**_ Due to regulations, we can only employ individuals with a minimum of High School education in English and Maths or a degree._**
