We are hiring western Full-Time **Group Class Gym Manager** for our Gym at Mina Rashid Port, Maritime City - Dubai.

We are **AB Fitness **(Sports, Events, Gymnasium, Indoor Sports, Health Supplement Shop, Health Cafeteria & many more).

We are leading Fitness & Gymnasium organization, we are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community, and we are looking for a skilled professional to contribute to our mission.

**Salary**: AED 3000 to 4000 (Depend on experience) plus commission.

**Benefits**:Pick up & Drop facility from Burjuman metro station to gym).

**Important Note**:
2. At least 1 year experience in managing fitness group classes in UAE.

**5. Languages known: Russian, Spanish, Portugal, French, Italian, Greek, German, Dutch, Polish, Romanian, Ukranian, Turkish**.

**Job Overview**:
As a Group Class Gym Manager in the AB Fitness, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing group fitness programs. This position requires a passionate individual with a deep understanding of fitness trends, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to inspire and lead a team of fitness instructors.

**Responsibilities**:
**Program Development**:
Design and curate a diverse and engaging group fitness class schedule that caters to the preferences and needs of the diverse clientele.

Stay informed about the latest fitness trends and incorporate innovative class formats to keep offerings fresh and exciting.

**Instructor Management**:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled and certified fitness instructors.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance instructor effectiveness.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among the fitness team.

**Class Quality Assurance**:
Ensure the highest standards of class quality and safety are maintained.

Conduct periodic assessments of group fitness classes to guarantee that they align with industry standards and client expectations.

**Member Engagement**:
Develop strategies to enhance member participation and satisfaction in group fitness programs.

Actively seek member feedback and implement improvements based on their preferences and suggestions.

**Marketing and Promotion**:
Implement initiatives to attract new members to group classes and retain existing participants.

**Scheduling and Logistics**:
Develop and manage the group class schedule, ensuring optimal utilization of studio space and instructor availability.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics for group classes, including equipment availability and maintenance.

**Financial Performance**:
Work closely with the management team to set and achieve revenue targets for group fitness programs.

Monitor and analyze attendance and financial reports, making data-driven decisions to optimize program profitability.

**Community Engagement**:
Build and nurture a sense of community among group class participants.

Organize and promote special events or challenges to boost camaraderie and retention.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sports Management, or a related field.

Certified Fitness Instructor with a recognized accreditation.

Proven experience in managing group fitness programs.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Familiarity with the fitness industry trends and the UAE market.
