AB Fitness Gym is a leading fitness facility in Dubai, offering premium training programs, group classes, and personal coaching services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Group Exercise Manager to oversee and elevate our group fitness operations.

Role Overview:

The Group Exercise Manager will supervise daily group class activities, develop high-quality class schedules, coordinate instructor teams, and ensure an exceptional member experience. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, and passionate about fitness leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all group exercise classes and instructors.
  • Develop engaging class timetables aligned with member interests and peak hours.
  • Lead by example by conducting motivating group fitness classes when required.
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and support to instructors.
  • Ensure smooth class operations, studio readiness, and equipment availability.
  • Introduce new class formats, trends, and fitness programs.
  • Maintain high levels of member satisfaction and engagement.
  • Assist in planning events, challenges, and community fitness activities.
  • Collaborate with management on program improvements and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate (as per role requirement).
  • Proven experience in group fitness instruction or fitness management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Certification in group fitness, personal training, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of multiple class formats (HIIT, circuit, dance, mobility, strength, etc.).
  • Positive personality with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Flexible availability for peak hours, evenings, and weekends as needed.
