- Prepare a variety of high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts to meet café standards.
- Assist in developing innovative pastry recipes and updating menu offerings.
- Ensure timely preparation and consistent quality of all pastry items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry workstation at all times.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of pastry ingredients, ensuring availability and freshness.
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff to improve skills and efficiency.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Guarantee consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all pastry products.
- Collaborate effectively with the Chef in Charge and other kitchen staff.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a pastry chef in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and baking processes.
- Creative with an eye for detail in dessert presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
