**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor the entire manufacturing process on a daily basis.
- Ensure **raw material availability** to avoid production delays.
- Manage **machine settings, performance, and output** to achieve maximum productivity.
- Plan and organize **labour shifts** and allocate manpower effectively.
- Maintain **production records, stock levels**, and coordinate with the store and purchase departments.
- Implement and monitor **quality control standards** and ensure safety compliance.
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-5 years’ experience** in plastic bags or related manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of **blown film extrusion, printing, and bag-making machines**.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle a large workforce and meet production targets.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field preferred.
