Leen Gold is seeking a proactive and organized Operations & Social Media Assistant to join our team. This role involves working closely with our management to oversee product sourcing, social media engagement, and customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit suppliers to capture high-quality images and videos of products.
- Assist with social media content creation, including posting, captioning, and engaging with followers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, handle order follow-ups, and ensure smooth delivery coordination.
- Monitor social media channels and manage customer reviews, comments, and direct messages.
- Support in tracking inventory, updating product details, and collaborating on promotional campaigns.
- Provide regular updates on product availability, supplier interactions, and order status.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in social media management, customer service, or operations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and efficiently manage time.
- Proficiency in photography or a good eye for capturing appealing product visuals.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
