Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant (UAE National) to join our Marketing and Communications Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's social media operations, ensuring timely and professional engagement with online audiences, and assisting in the execution of digital content strategies across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for a junior professional who is passionate about social media, customer communication, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage comments, messages, and inquiries across all official social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp.

Provide prompt, courteous, and professional responses to customer inquiries and feedback through comments and direct messages.

Execute and implement the company's story strategies on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp, ensuring alignment with brand tone and visual identity.

Assist in the scheduling and posting of approved social media content using designated management tools.

Track audience engagement and compile basic reports on key performance indicators (reach, engagement, response rate, etc.).

Coordinate with internal departments to address customer queries, concerns, or service requests received through social channels.

Support the marketing team in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for stories, campaigns, and social engagement initiatives.

Monitor online trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media practices to provide recommendations for improvement.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures in all communications and public interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

UAE National (Emirati Passport Holder) — required.

Basic understanding of social media management and content creation principles.

Proficiency with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp).

Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible working hours.
