Our newest opportunity is for a talented Graduate Master Planner - UAE National to join our award-winning team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

**Responsibilities**:
We envisage success in this role to include:

- Assist in the preparation of land use plans and development policies for master planning and other urban
- development and governance projects.
- Assist in the preparation of zoning and development control regulations, guidelines, processes and
- procedures.
- Compile and analyze factors affecting land use and community development including economic, socio
- demographic, legal, political, cultural, physical and environmental.
- Respond to regulatory requirements for development planning approvals and non-objection certificates.
- Coordinate with other disciplines involved in master planning or other urban development and governance
- projects.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of urban plans and reports to clients and regulators.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include experience from graduate level to 2 years partnered with Bachelors Degree in Urban Planning or Master Planning.
