The Role
Are you an experienced Master Planner who is looking to join a global design firm that values its employees' well-being and longevity? We are looking for a Master Planner who has 5+ years’ experience to join our clients' Dubai office where the successful individual will have the opportunity to work on interesting projects across wide-ranging sectors. Main responsibilities: - Lead and ensure full execution of masterplan and urban design projects - Mentor the junior members in the team - Oversee project management including overall responsibility for resources, time allocation, cost, and quality of project deliverables. - Prepare and present design proposals. - Manage and engage key internal and external stakeholders effectively to drive - project process, resolve issues and achieve excellence in project deliverables. - Build good relationships with clients. Working Hours: - Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30 - Work from home is also possible on some days Benefits: - Individual growth plans created for staff - Working visa - Salary reviews - Training
**Requirements**:
**University Qualifications**: - Master Degree of Urban Planning or Urban Design or Architecture Experience: - 5+ years’ experience (urban planning or urban design practices; architectural design development and project administration) - UAE project experience is not essential but advantageous Requirements: - Proficient in Microsoft Office, BIM / Revit and AutoCAD. - Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and familiar with GIS and software of environment analysis. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Self-driven individual and team player Language Fluency: - English Current Location: - Anywhere
