**Job Description: Accounts & HR Administrator**

**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Accounting & Finance**:
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and reconcile invoices, payments, petty cash, and deposits.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable using **QuickBooks**.
- Generate monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
**Human Resources**:
- Maintain employee records including contracts, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Assist with staff scheduling, benefits administration, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate with management to support employee engagement and retention.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Accountant, HR Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with **QuickBooks**.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
