Administrative Assistant/receptionist

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a professional and organized **Admin/Receptionist** to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support to our team at NFI Dubai. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and host visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Handle daily documentation, record keeping, and systematic filing of company documents.
- Coordinate courier, mail, and package deliveries.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain front office cleanliness, supplies, and presentation.
- Provide administrative support to HR, Accounts, and other departments as required.
- Support in preparing reports, data entry, and basic office coordination tasks.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or administrative assistant preferred (freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi will be an advantage).
- Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
