**Essential Functions**
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems
- Lead the development of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portals to streamline workflows and enhance business operations
- Design and implement integrations using Azure Logic apps.
- Apps, Functions, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency
- Develop custom solutions using C#, NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server for advanced customization and scalability
- Oversee CRM upgrades, plugin development, and system configurations for optimal service delivery
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality, client focused outcomes on time
- Manage data migration projects, ensuring accuracy and continuity between systems
- Create technical documentation, low-level designs, and conduct workshops to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Integrate 3rd party tools with Dynamics

**Required Qualifications**
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Financials / CE (Customer Engagement) and CRM Online/On-premise implementations
- Proficiency in no-code/low-code solutions and advanced technical customizations
- Programming skills in C#, NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server
- Familiarity with Azure services, Functions and DevOps
