**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle chartering (spot/time) or S&P transactions end-to-end
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, charterers, and operators
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate freight rates, charter parties, and contractual terms
- Coordinate closely with operations and post-fixture teams
- Provide regular updates on market conditions and vessel positions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-5+ years of shipbroking experience** in the UAE
- Solid client base and active network within the maritime industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and close deals under tight timelines
- Fluent in English
- **Must be available to join immediately**
