**Job Purpose**

The Assistant to Sales Manager will support the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the sales teams in Indonesia and Dubai. The role involves preparing reports, maintaining sales documentation, and assisting in communication between internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

Coordinate daily communication and updates between the Indonesia and Dubai sales teams.

Prepare, maintain, and distribute regular sales reports and performance trackers.

Assist in monitoring sales targets, KPIs, and progress against objectives.

Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager, including scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and maintaining records.

Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and client documentation.

Ensure smooth flow of information across departments and teams.

Assist in resolving operational issues that may arise between teams.

Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, sales records, and communications.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination, administrative, or support role.

Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and sales CRM tools (preferred).

Excellent communication skills (English required; Bahasa Indonesia/Arabic is a plus).

Ability to work across time zones and manage multi-team coordination.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
