**You will work with and report to our Founder and Director of 2 digital marketing companies focused on providing services like social media marketing, websites content creation and paid ads management. All our work is done online, there will be no face-to-face interactions with our clients. Our company is a young marketing company who is growing quickly with lots of opportunities. We want to expand our team to scale & grow our business.**

- Facebook Ads - creating lookalike audiences, admin requests to other Facebook Business accounts, reading & understanding ad data and more.
- Instagram & other social media - creating and scheduling posts, using hashtags, posting and managing an account & more
- Basic video editing - cut clips, create reels
- English copywriting - writing creative captions and editing subtitles or captions
- Basic graphic design (Canva) - edit posts and create content as directed
- Creating and editing websites with Wordpress and Avada - we will have ongoing website projects for ourselves and clients
- Basic bookkeeping and accounting
- Blog posting
- Creating videos with you as the speaker - we want to create educational videos

Must have a good eye for detail and marketing design, must be creative and self-motivated and be a hard worker. We want to hire somebody who has a lot of experience and passion for all or most of the above items so we can grow together at a fast speed.

**Requirements**:

- Be available daily, sometimes late hours, to meet and work, work remotely or reply messages from clients and colleagues
- Be flexible to work without an office and meet at coffee shops and other working spaces to work beside the Director
- You must use your own phone and laptop for this work
- Be invested in your work and our company - we are currently a small team with a non-traditional mentiality & open-minded to commit to anyone in our company who commits to us. Our employment arrangement can change and grow if you excel at all tasks you manage.
Our goal is to help you reach your goals, whether that means growing within our company or growing out of our company to move on to other goals of yours. That said, we do prefer a longer-term commitment of at least several months or more
