**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the cold kitchen section (Garde Manger), ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Supervise and train junior chefs in cold kitchen techniques and food safety.
- Develop creative and visually appealing cold appetizers, salads, and platters.
- Manage banquet preparations and ensure smooth service during large-scale events.
- Maintain food safety standards and adhere to HACCP guidelines.
- Control food costs, manage inventory, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to design seasonal menus.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in a **5-star hotel** or fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of **cold kitchen techniques, presentation, and plating**.
- Experience in handling **banquets and large-scale event catering**.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
