**Job Overview**

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced **Secondary Market Real Estate Agents** to join our team. As a **Secondary Market Agent**, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent pre-owned properties in Dubai. You will work closely with sellers, buyers, and investors to ensure smooth transactions and outstanding customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the secondary market
- Advise clients on property values, market conditions, and legal requirements
- Conduct property viewings, price negotiations, and closing deals
- Develop a strong network of sellers, buyers, and investors
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other relevant documents
- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on market trends and property values within the secondary market

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Experience**: Proven experience in the **secondary real estate market**:

- **Sales Skills**: Strong negotiation and sales abilities
- **Market Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s secondary property market
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to understand and meet client needs
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
