**About the Role**:
We're looking for a warm, well-organized, and dependable person to join us as an Admin / Receptionist. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, while also helping with day-to-day office tasks and basic coordination.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Answer and direct phone calls and greet guests
- Keep the reception and meeting areas neat and welcoming
- Provide administrative support like filing, printing, and document organization
- Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and appointments
- Keep supplies stocked and assist with office errands when needed

**What We're Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Friendly, punctual, and good with people
- Ability to multitask and manage your time independently
- Prior experience in reception or admin work is a big plus
