Halal Certification Scheme Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee the implementation of the Halal Certification Scheme, ensuring adherence to international standards and regulations.
- Develop and update Halal certification policies, procedures, and documentation to meet evolving requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, inspectors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of certification activities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international Halal standards (e.g., GSO 2055-1, MS1500, UAE.S 2055-2).
- Conduct internal reviews to ensure the quality and consistency of certification processes.
- Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and industry events related to Halal certification.
- Provide training and support to team members and clients on Halal standards and requirements.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Islamic Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Halal certification, auditing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Halal principles, industry standards, and global regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Certification as a Halal Auditor/Manager (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Proven ability to manage teams and oversee complex certification projects.
**Experience**:
- Halal Certification Scheme: 5 years (required)
