Housekeeping Supervisor/ Trainer

Train the cleaners with the standard of housekeeping.
- Provide training on how to handle customers’ requests.
- Train the cleaner with time management, making sure that the cleaner know how to manage their time line in a specific area they are cleaning.
- Addressing to the cleaner the complaint of poor cleaning service and discuss the areas of improvement.
- Oversee the performance of cleaners and making sure they are meeting the cleaning standard.
- Provide training on health & safety at work while providing service with the customer.
- Pay attention with the welfare of the cleaners.
- Arrange cleaners training schedules.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.
- Ensure that cleaners are well trained with the standard of housekeeping.
- Maintaining good relationship with the cleaners.
- Follow up cleaners work performance and motivate them how to work efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- Previous Hotel experience as a Trainer is preferred.
- Housekeeping or Training experience required.
- Work fast and efficiently.
- Self Managing Ability.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and can impart knowledge to others effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of high standard housekeeping method.
